Terms of Service

By accessing or using GhostOdds (the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the GhostOdds team (“we”, “us”, “our”). We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

GhostOdds is a decentralized prediction market built on the Solana blockchain. The Platform enables users to trade binary outcome contracts (“markets”) using USDC stablecoin. Markets are resolved via Pyth Network oracle price feeds.

The Platform is currently in beta (“closed beta”) and operates on Solana devnet. Features, availability, and functionality may change without notice. The Platform does not constitute a financial exchange, brokerage, or investment service.

Nothing on GhostOdds constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. All information provided by the Platform — including market odds, prices, and probabilities — is for informational and entertainment purposes only.

You are solely responsible for all trading decisions. We do not recommend any particular position, market, or trade. Past market performance is not indicative of future results. You may lose some or all of the funds you trade.

Before trading, consult your own financial, legal, and tax advisors. Prediction market trading is speculative and carries a high degree of risk.

By using GhostOdds, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).
• You are not located in, or a resident of, a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You are not subject to economic or trade sanctions administered by any government authority.
• Your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.

Prohibited Jurisdictions include, without limitation: the United States of America (including all territories), the United Kingdom, and any jurisdiction where prediction markets or crypto trading is prohibited by law. This list may be updated without notice.

We reserve the right to restrict access based on jurisdiction at any time.

You agree that you will not:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable law.
• Attempt to manipulate markets, exploit bugs, or interfere with the Platform's smart contracts.
• Use automated scripts, bots, or tools to gain unfair advantage (except where explicitly permitted by API terms).
• Misrepresent your identity or jurisdiction of residence.
• Engage in money laundering, terrorist financing, or sanctions evasion.

You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet and private keys. We have no ability to recover lost keys or reverse on-chain transactions.

GhostOdds is built on a smart contract that, while audited, may contain unknown bugs or vulnerabilities. Interaction with smart contracts carries inherent risk, including the potential for total loss of funds.

The Platform is in beta. Features may change, be removed, or be deprecated without notice. Market creation, resolution logic, and fee structures may be modified. We may pause or discontinue the Platform at any time.

Mainnet launch will involve a fresh deployment. Beta positions are not guaranteed to carry over. Beta season data is provided for informational purposes and may be reset.

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR FUNDS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM USE OF THE PLATFORM SHALL NOT EXCEED ZERO DOLLARS ($0). YOU USE THE PLATFORM ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK.

The GhostOdds smart contract source code is open source (see GitHub). The GhostOdds brand, design, and non-contract frontend code are proprietary. You may not reproduce, rebrand, or resell the Platform without permission.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with no specific national law — GhostOdds is a decentralized protocol operated by a pseudonymous international team. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted in English, with the seat of arbitration to be determined by mutual agreement.

You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against GhostOdds.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. As the Platform is decentralized, your on-chain positions remain accessible directly via the Solana blockchain regardless of frontend access.
