Privacy Policy

GhostOdds (“we”, “us”, “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights with respect to that data.

GhostOdds is a no-KYC prediction market. By design, we do not collect, store, or process identity information. You interact with the platform pseudonymously through a Solana wallet.

We collect the following data, and nothing more:

Wallet addresses and on-chain transactions are public data on the Solana blockchain. This is not data we “collect” — it is public infrastructure. Anyone can query the Solana blockchain and see trading activity associated with a wallet address.

GhostOdds does not link wallet addresses to real-world identities. We have no mechanism to do so, and we do not attempt to. Your pseudonymity is a feature, not a bug.

If you submitted your email address via the beta waitlist form on our homepage, we store it securely in our waitlist database. We will use it solely to:

• Notify you when you receive beta access.
• Send critical platform announcements (mainnet launch, security notices).

We will not sell, share, or use your email for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. You can request removal from our waitlist at any time by emailing [email protected].

GhostOdds uses minimal cookies, limited to functional purposes:

• Session cookies: To maintain your wallet connection state.
• Cloudflare cookies: Standard CDN and security cookies set by Cloudflare (__cf_bm, etc.). See Cloudflare's privacy policy for details.

We do not use advertising cookies, third-party tracking pixels, or fingerprinting technology. We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or similar surveillance-based analytics tools.

We use the following third parties in operating GhostOdds:

• Solana Blockchain (public): All trades and positions are on-chain and publicly visible. Not a data processor — it's public infrastructure.
• Cloudflare: We use Cloudflare for CDN, DDoS protection, and privacy-respecting analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics). Cloudflare may process your IP address. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.
• Pyth Network: Our oracle provider for market resolution. Price feeds are public on-chain data.

We do not sell your data to any third party.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights:

• Access: Request a copy of data we hold about you.
• Deletion: Request deletion of your email from our waitlist database.
• Correction: Request correction of inaccurate personal data.
• Portability: Receive your data in a portable format.

Note: We cannot delete on-chain data (wallet addresses, transactions) — this is immutable public blockchain data outside our control.

Beta waitlist emails are retained until mainnet launch (planned Q2 2026), after which they are deleted unless you opt into further communications. Aggregate analytics data (no personal identifiers) may be retained indefinitely.

We implement reasonable technical measures to protect any data we store, including encrypted storage for email addresses and access controls. However, no system is perfectly secure. In the event of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify affected users promptly.

GhostOdds is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has submitted data to us, contact us at [email protected].

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. We will notify waitlist subscribers of material changes via email.
